Professional car window tinting for comfort and privacy
Today, car window tinting has long ceased to be merely a visual tuning element to enhance a car’s appearance. It is a functional necessity that delivers a significant boost in comfort and safety for both the driver and passengers. At our service center, window tinting is performed using only top-class certified materials, ensuring a flawless result and long service life.
- Rear section: All windows located behind the driver’s shoulder (the rear window and rear door windows) may be tinted. For these windows there are no restrictions on tint level or darkness – you can even choose a 100% opaque film.
- Front section: Additional tinting of the front side windows (driver’s and front passenger’s doors) and the front windshield with dark films is not permitted, as factory glass already reaches the maximum permissible light transmission limit as standard (at least 75% for the windshield, at least 70% for the front side windows).
Choosing film darkness and light transmission
When choosing a material, it is important to understand light transmission percentages (VLT — Visible Light Transmission). The lower the percentage, the darker the window:
- 5% light transmission (VERY DARK): Maximum privacy. The interior is not visible from the outside at all – perfectly suited for commercial vehicles or protecting children seated in the back.
- 10% – 25% light transmission (MEDIUM DARK): The most popular choice. Provides an optimal balance between good privacy from the outside and excellent visibility from the interior outward, even at night.
- 30% and above (VERY LIGHT): A practically transparent film. The car’s appearance barely changes visually, yet the film still performs its technical functions and blocks UV radiation.
Types of tinting films and their technical differences
Our service center offers various film segments, tailored to each customer’s preferences and budget:
- Black matte film: A classic, simple, and economical material that performs the primary function – visually darkening the windows.
- Black metalized film: A premium-class material with an embedded thin layer of metal microparticles. It provides much better UV protection, does not fade in the sun, and delivers high solar heat reflection.
- Metallic (mirror film): A film with a distinct silver or chrome tone. It offers the highest possible protection against infrared (IR) rays and maximum heat energy blocking.
Key benefits of car window tinting
Investing in a professional service delivers immediate and long-term improvements to your daily drives:

1. Privacy and protection against thieves
Quality car window tinting ensures your car is no longer a see-through “aquarium”. It guarantees complete privacy for rear-seat passengers and shields the interior from unwanted glances. Thieves will not be able to see from outside what is on the back seat or in the trunk (bags, tools, laptops), dramatically reducing their interest and the risk of break-ins.
2. Protection against solar heat and energy efficiency
In summer, the car’s interior heats up intensely, causing discomfort and extra load on the air-conditioning system. Metalized films can reflect up to 60-70% of solar heat energy. Since the interior heats up considerably more slowly, the air conditioner can operate in a gentler mode, directly reducing fuel consumption or the battery drain of an electric car.
3. Protecting interior materials from fading
The sun’s ultraviolet (UV) radiation is the main reason why car seat fabric, leather trim, and interior plastic panels fade, crack, and lose their aesthetic appearance over time. Professional car window tinting blocks up to 99% of harmful UV radiation, preserving your car’s interior for considerably longer.
4. Extra safety in case of glass breakage
Side and rear windows are (mostly) tempered and shatter into small fragments upon impact. If tinting film is installed on the glass, it acts as a reinforcing layer in a crash or side impact – the film holds the glass fragments together, reducing their scattering throughout the car’s interior.
