3. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

3.1. All content available on the Website, including but not limited to texts, design, logos, graphic elements, images, icons, videos, the booking system, data structure, and software solutions (hereinafter \u2013 the Content), is the intellectual property of V\u0112JSTIKLI, SIA or its cooperation partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.2. Without the prior written consent of V\u0112JSTIKLI, SIA, it is prohibited to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or use the Content for commercial purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.3. Automated data collection (scraping), copying of the Website’s functionality, or imitation of its technical solutions is not permitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
